BBC MM Free - UK
« on: November 21, 2009, 04:23:09 AM »
Anyone in the UK need any BBC MM fillers for their collection? or simply would just like to hear these, then they are free to a good home.  I won a large selection of BBC Mag CD's from Ebay a few months ago; these 12 are 'dupes' to my collection, so far.

Try and spread them out around the UK members, one or two each.  If there's no takers on a few after a couple of days (for the remaining ones) then I will pass them on to Charity.

Here's the list:  First two numberics are the Volume Number and Issue Number ie 15/2  ;D

15/2 Copland, Harris, Ives
Appln Spring/Clarinet con, Symphony No.3, Central Park in the Dark

15/4 Mozart, Haydn
Magic Flute ovt, 4 concert arias (Sally Matthews) - Symphony No.103 'Drum Roll'

16/4 Christmas
John Elliot Gardiner, Monteverdi Choir

16/6 The Halle at 150
Sibelius, Symphony No.3
Butterworth, A Shropshire Lad
Dvorak, Carnival ovt
Elgar, Salut D'Amore
Bax, Finale Symphony No.3
Debussy, Prelude

16/8 Vierne/Widor
Organ Symphonies No.3 & No 5

16/9 Renaissance Choral Music

Allegri, Byrd, Anerio, Palestrina
Superb Miserere on this one!!

16/10 Debussy, Satie, Roussel

17/5 Handel
