Sorry about the downtime
« on: February 15, 2018, 03:18:47 AM »
Hi all

We had an outage for a few hours. My server disc space is running very (very) low and as a result the GMG database got corrupted. I have now repaired and restored, and all should be functioning. Possibly the last few posts before the downtime have been lost, but it shouldn't be more than a handful. Apologies.

The forum is healthy, and growing, and I need to look at buying a bigger slice of server pie to ensure future security.

cheers, and happy listening.
Rob

Thanks Rob, it was a rude awakening for me this morning seeing that GMG was down.

Just glad to see the site is back up!

I had to get on with domestic chores - which was most inconvenient when I could have been on the GMG Forum.

We Brits have to call on the 'Dunkirk Spirit' in such circumstances: 'Keep calm and carry on'.
