Band promotion stuff

Can anybody advise some website which helps bands in promoting? I'd like to make my band more popular. Somebody gave me a link on artistecard.com Does anybody use their services? Maybe someone knows other sites, something affordable?

So is this a Sousa-style marching band? Or possibly a band of period instrument types? Be useful to know.
