That Salome cover was a shocker, the plastic wall and nylon wig reminded me of Hammer horror stills. And in LP format the photo was BIG.

Possibly less gruesome than Caballe dancing it, which is on Youtube. Luckily, no visuals on CD. and the Caballe version with Leinsdorf is well worth a whirl.

If you open out the gatefold cover you'll see she's playing the piano upside-down in a nod to the movie Amadeus.
