Cal Tjader - Breeze From The East (1963)
Ray Brown and Milt Jackson - Much In Common (1964)

Johnny Hodges and Wild Bill Davis - Mess Of Blues (1964)
Wes Montgomery - Bumpin (1965)

Tony Scott - Music For Zen Meditation (1964)
Susan Rafey - Hurt So Bad (1965)

Kenyon Hopkins - Mister Buddwing soundtrack (1966)
Bola Sete - At The Monterey Jazz Festival (1966)

Quincy Jones - The Deadly Affair soundtrack (1966)
Luiz Henrique - Barra Limpa (1967)

That Tony Scott Zen record is so good; yet so unknown.  Nice find on your part!

Of late have been listening to Bill Evans' "The Last Waltz."  Recorded live at his final performance in San Francisco one week before his death.  Fantastic playing.  Box set; highly recommended if you can locate a copy.

That last trio is really something! There are three boxes to be found, two on Fantasy and one on Warner - it's the later that I know best so far. In addition, there are two discs on Dreyfus (don't know them), there's the mighty good Paris Concert (two discs on Elektra, reissued on Blue Note), and there is "Homecoming", one of Fantasy's offerings of prev. unreleased Evans in concert ...

depending on how stiff your upper lip is vz defining "jazz", this may not at all fit here, but then you may not, either  ;)

no objections here though ... post "second quintet" jazz with a dose of all the other stuff that went on afterwards ... plenty hip!

Brand new release of a 2007 concert at a festival in Germany - gorgeous! Too bad I never heard Haden in concert, what an amazing musician he was!

That Haden/Meldhau looks very interesting. I assume you have the Haden/Rubalcaba Tokyo Adagio? Absolutely gorgeous!

Just digitized this LP today. Bill Evans Conversations with Myself

Yup. I more or less get whatever I can if Haden is involved  :)

Joe Pass: I remember Charlie Parker.

"You overestimate my power of attraction," he told her. "No, I don't," she replied sharply, "and neither do you".
