It is the trio arrangement of "Wachet auf ruft uns die Stimme" (Sleepers Awake!). It appears both in the cantata BWV 140 as a 4th movement with the tenor singing a chorale stanza and in the "Schübler chorals" as an organ piece.

Struck by the sounds before the sun,
I knew the night had gone.
The morning breeze like a bugle blew
Against the drums of dawn.
(Bob Dylan)
