The Szondi Test
« on: March 14, 2019, 12:26:43 PM »
https://www.learning-mind.com/szondi-test-with-pictures-that-will-reveal-your-deepest-hidden-self/

Something I discovered over a year ago, but still finding very interesting.

Take a look at these pictures of the faces of mental patients and determine whether any of them pop out as genuinely disturbing, on a gut level.

For me, the only three, in this order, are:
1) #5
2) #8
3) #1

I can't say much for #8 and #1, maybe there is something there, maybe not? But for #5, I just see the abyss in her eyes, it's genuinely freaky. And then reading the description, it is... definitely the most accurate of all, with the exception that I don't dress up or care much about clothing.  ;D

#4 actually provokes a friendly response, I just wanna tell that lady "I know, right- I know that feel, we gotta hang out and get lunch or something" lol. The description of #4 is just accurate for me, and I'm not even trying to hide it at all.  ;D

Take this all with the disclaimer that supposedly it's not really highly regarded in the psychology community, but still fascinating if it works for you. Let me know if any interesting results.  8)

I can't say with any specificity what kind of person I would like to meet in a dark alley.

You mean "wouldn't like to?"

My friend picked #5 as well, though he said the description doesn't match at all. But then again, how does he know if he's repressing something or not?  ;D  :P

No, who I would want to meet. I guess I'm not a dark alley meeting type of person.

Oh, you confused me.  :D
Since the test is about who you most wouldn't want to meet...

I wouldn't want to meet any of them in a dark alley, either.  ;)
(or maybe just #4 to see if I could offer any tips that could help her)

No, not at all, I took a personality test and it said I was very OK and could take people to my kingdom in heaven.

Oh, cool!
Guess I will have to join, then, since I'm guessing your heaven is filled with good guitar amps and gear, while hell is filled with only terrible amp sims and one pedal- the Boss Metal Zone.  :P
