I think it would be more fruitful to mention organ works than recordings as such.

Jean Titelouze; Hymns and Magnificats.
Pierre du Mage: Premier livre d'orgue.
And the organ works of Matthias Weckmann, Heinrich Scheidemann, Georg Böhm and Diderich Buxtehude.

When it comes to individual recordings, the alternatives are legio and choices extremely difficult - depending upon tastes.

I can appreciate this. Perhaps I could ask for, like, 3 great organ recordings that are NOT part of a series? I see what you mean though. It's a little lazy of me since I actually have a lot of Buxtehude and some of the others.

Isoir, L'orgue de la renaissance (1966)
Kenneth Gilbert, The Golden Age of English Organ Music

But this is excellent. I will be listening to these!

Well, three non-Bach organ recordings which are essential to me:

1) Titelouze: Four hymns / Xavier Darasse (Vox LP - never released on CD)

https://www.discogs.com/Attaignant-Titelouze-Andr%C3%A9-Isoir-And-Xavier-Darasse-16th-Century-French-Organ-Music/release/8477438

https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload=9&v=JvEHRBlnvhc

2) Pierre du Mage: Premier livre d'orgue / Michel Chapuis (Astrée CD)

https://www.amazon.com/Clerambault-Du-Mage-Premier-DOrgue/dp/B000026CXZ

3) Matthias Weckmann: Organ works / Hans Davidsson (Motette 2CD)

https://www.amazon.com/Entire-Organ-Works-Das-Orgelwerk/dp/B00004NRZJ

All three difficult to get hold of.

Davidsson made a later, also very good Weckmann integral for Loft, which is easier to find:

The first one has a good old organ. In fact I don't know the second one beyond occasionally dipping in,  I just know I like the first. Weckmann's music is very enjoyable.
