One (probably stupid) question, how to unzip this? Do I have to download both files before unziping?
I was interested only in MfSPC, so got only the second one but can't seem to be able to extract files.

i don't download these files, because i HATE Rapidshare!!
but to "unzip" those files, you need to download HJ-Split

Actually, any file-joining program will do, even one without splitting functions . I use Simple File Joiner, and that works for me.

Sorry, My bad. You need to download HJSplit.exe; a small application to rejoin the files.

Run a google search for it, it's free.

Once you join both files with Hjsplit.exe you can unzip it as a regular zip file

i don't think you can just purchase manuel's recordings.

Last night's final concert of the Stanislaw Moniuszko Vocal Competition.

Commentators said that all of the contestants had some (minor) flaws in their technique (don't ask me about the details, I know next to nothing about singing) but that the two first prizes were definitely well earned - in fact, they kept comparing Oxana Shilova to Anna Netrebko (one of the critics - not a great fan of Netrebko, BTW - even said he felt the Russian star should start worrying about competition).

These are seperate mp3 files for each of the arias zipped into one archive containing also a txt document containing full info on the performers. I'm copying the main details below nontheless:

that's very easy to do, just go download a stream recorder, depends what kind of streaming audio that station uses, you can record the streams.

I think that the old records are no long protected... but... um... aren't the new recordings, even if bootlegs of live performances, copyright protected?  Just to be straight here, I'm not going on the attack, I'm just curious.  Does US copyright law protect live performances or not?
