Now, if only I could find the energy to go upstairs and grab another beer. Gotta get a fridge in the basement.

Anyone from Finland that I could interview about the Finnish education system?
I'm doing an essay on the Finnish education system and need a variety of sources... I wouldn't need much, because I'd only plan to include no more than a couple of sentences.

Amazon changed. I hate them.

Now instead of that familiarly ugly layout I feel like I stepped out my front door into a different country.

Sure, PM me.

For real? I visit Amazon every two days and haven't seen a change. Although I suppose I can't clear my cache regularly.

The feeling of seeing is like Cheers relocating to Malibu and changing cast.

I'll be glad when this semester is over, mainly for non-academic reasons....

The Shakers were awesome. They did not procreate and today there are only 3 left. The world should follow that model. Just think: if people stopped right now, by just after 2100 or so, there won't be any more people! Finally!  :D

I was thinking of the cast from Family Matters, I mean c'mon, Urkel at a bar? Classic hilarity right there.

My mistake - for a moment I somehow thought Malibu was in Hawaii. The name sounds Hawaiian, doesn't it?

Yes, and Family Matter was in Chicago anyway I believe...I just want Urkel in everything...or AC Slater, either one.

Don't feel too bad. Part of it's the Australian thing.

Urkel: I saw clips of him in a PBS series about the history of US TV comedy. He seems to fit in the "annoying spaz" school of comedy, of which Jerry Lewis would be the epitome.

Slater: ... Gah!
