Two years ago I wrote my first piece for Concert Band, the Weihnachtsreise (http://www.good-music-guide.com/community/index.php/topic,25307.0.html). This year they commissioned me to write a piece on Swabian folk songs, and here's the result: "Eine Albsinfonie" in three movements.

The orchestra performed very well indeed, although there was not much time for rehearsal. They will continue to perform it in the next months and for sure it will become even better and better – the same happened with the last piece. Unfortunately a recording is done only once. :-\
