Title: "Disappointment Day" at ClassicsToday.com?

How do they decide which recordings to review and/or resurrect?

And what the heck is meant by the following sentence: "At this writing they are available either on Australian Eloquence or in a budget nine-disc box on Decca that includes enough other fine Shostakovich recordings that the budget price is fully justified".

So a disc is so good that its cheap price is justified?

I'm assuming today's republished reviews are of turkeys.

A better question would be: When is it not disappointing day at ClassicalToday.com?
