something about planets

My Favourites have always been Jupiter (the first piece I heard seperately before purchasing the entire Suite) and Uranus, with Mars being an all round good pick-me-up for the non-classically inclined.

Now I've actually been listening to the other movements, great for introspection on the work. It was all not happened sooner because of its role as a CD for newbies to riding with me in my car... ahahaha only played Mars, Jupiter, Uranus.

As for the Pluto thing, I have the CD with Colin Matthews Pluto on it and a ending-changed Neptune (to fit in with Matthew's Pluto) by the way, I guess Holst was right all along, as Pluto is no longer a planet. Screw St.Matthew's crap.

A number of days ago I ordered the Moravec Supraphon box set from MDT. It was on sale. The price was a great deal around $20 shipped! I then got this email a few days later from them:

    Thanks for you email. I have two questions:

    1. Do you have any idea when this set will become available?

I just wrote back with this reply:

Dear Michelle,

I am sorry, but your reply is too vague. When you say "if we can't send it at the offer price" what does this mean? Or better yet, how long do you wait before deciding you can't send it at the offer price? A month? Two months? I am willing to wait as long as it takes and I think it's only fair that you should honor the agreement you made with me to sell me this set at the sale price.

I sold the two CDs from this set that I already owned from this set when I ordered it from you, assuming that because you had it on sale and listed, that you would ship it and i wouldn't need the redindant discs. I haven't had this problem before with your company and frankly I am very upset to hear that not only can you not get it to me at this time, but that there's a chance I may not get it at the sale price at all. This seems ridiculous to me. how am I supposed to know if future orders of mine are in stock? The website still lists this Moravec set and you clearly dont have it in stock.

I belong to two widely read internet forums, where I had previously recommended your company and this Moravec set to a number of friends without reservation. They all bought this set and unfortunately got the same email that I did. Thousands of people read these forums everyday, many of them potential/exisitng customers of yours. I will be reporting my ongoing experience with your company with them and they will be made aware of how this situation is handled.

Also, one of my UK friends from one of these forums will be calling your company today to find out more about this matter. If you could therefore please forward this email to your supervisor and whomever it may concern at your company, I would appreciate it.
