Ah.  Any idea why Caroline left?

Of course, the real problem is the concept. The cover just follows that.

Honestly though, morbid curiosity tempts me to check it out.

From the track listing:

"Mr. Ed - In The Style Of Joaquin Rodrigo"

Now this I have to hear.

By the way, here's a bigger (and much better) front cover image:

She left to have a baby, and planned on it being only temporary. Then something went wrong but it's not clear from internet rumors what that problem was or whose fault.

Lovely music, silly, ugly cover! The back is even worse.

It's not a very well-composed photograph. It might be different if they stood out sharply from the background, but it's all bit fuzzy even before you have a view about the idea.

I feel sad about this. Poland has a strong design tradition - especially in posters and graphic design.
This photograph is just a quick, all too easy (lazy) fling. Giardino di (delle?)delizie deserves better.

With this, I feel like a black and white photo would have done a more appealing job.

Yes, the concept is rather silly, but excellent execution can sometimes make silly concepts work. In this case the execution is pretty bad and not least because of that ugly yellow backgroud. I tried to fix this by changing the background colour to something visually more pleasing. I also moved the label logo on the right side where it has more room to live. The improvements aren't huge and making this concept work well as cover art takes serious talent and effort.

The editors at Naïve chose a strange cover for the debut album by the Ukrainian pianist. At first, I didn't take a close look and thought that the musician's right hand was unnaturally raised and trapped in some kind of flat box.

And his left arm looks like it belongs to a puppet. The arm is foreshortened and the hand looks large. A very strange photo indeed.

Your judgment in all musical matters always strikes me as so high that it counts as law to me. But I can appreciate this picture and this cover: pleasantly playful, fun. :)
... music is not only an 'entertainment', nor a mere luxury, but a necessity of the spiritual if not of the physical life, an opening of those magic casements through which we can catch a glimpse of that country where ultimate reality will be found.    RVW, 1948

I am truly humbled and appreciative of your kind sentiment. Thank you. 🙂

As for the picture, I have no problems at all with the set up of the women in the photo and everything else. I just find the colour scheme clashes with the wall colour and perhaps a black and white photo might have enhanced the image, or reduced the colour clashes.

Recently I bought ADAMSKI's 1990 album Doctor Adamski's Musical Pharmacy on CD (used). The cover art is rather silly in my eyes. I re-designed it to something it should be in my opinion representing this type of music around 1990. I also changed the album to something cooler, Flashback Jack, the name of the first song on the album.

Original cover:
