Just started taking yoga recently, and I'm really enjoying it!   :)

Anyone else take it?

I don't take it, but I regularly do a few poses to strengthen my stomach and back. It works wonderfully.

I have somewhat poor posture and flexibility, trouble sleeping, and I hold my breath a lot, and hold (for whatever reason? ;D)  And working at a desk all day, I find that the yoga helps with ALL of these problems.  My wife says I even snore less! :D

I presume you're referring specifically to Hatha Yoga?  My wife and I are intermittent practitioners.  The physical and mental health benefits are undeniable, and yet we fall out of practice all too easily, and resume only with considerable effort.  Taking a class usually encourages us to get with it again, but our long time Kripalu (I pronounce it "cripple you") teacher retired last year and moved to a more tax-friendly State.

Not sure I know what Hatha means?  I guess I need to brush up on the yoga lingo  ;D

As long as you don't try to brush up on a yogi's lingam...

Well, you ought to ask permission first.
