That is what listening to the Penguin Guide does to a man. Corrective action advised. :P

(I don't know about Bernstein's Mahler and Japan, but I would nonetheless assume they are the same.)

Ah, this explains a lot then. I've never bought a single copy, let alone subscribed, so I can say nothing of the stuff available to those who have.
