You know, this post made me realize I've always called that label La Dolce Vita instead of its correct name until now.

Thanks I hadn't tagged it. There's another Livre d'orgue from Messiaen, which is the only one I've heard, I'll try the EMI one  soon.

  What's the story wth these new releases- marketing ploy or genuine sonic progress through improved remastering?

 
 
 
 

  They are expensive and I already have the 1997 blue CD box set and the Bluray 2012? remastering.
