Some Bach partita played on violin?

I can't figure out which Partita it is, and I don't have a clip.  It was one that had a theme and variations/ passacaglia motive.  From the beginning you are presented with the 'ground bass theme' (not really possible on violin), and then given variations that really take off to the extent that the theme is no longer apparent.  Hope I'm being precise enough.  Which one is it!!  Thanks

Ought to be the Chaconne from the second Partita for soloviolin d-minor BWV 1003

Thanks, turns out I already had one recording buried in the piles of CD's.  It is by Grumiaux, very good.
