Yes I miss him as well, he seemed to have a thorough knowledge of Norway, even having visited my father's birthplace at Bleik, in the desolate north..

That's one huge shark swimming in the background.  :D

That shark must have boiling blood to be able to venture out to the water north of Norway ...     ;D

I miss Dundonnell, David Ross, and a gentleman who never did become a regular, Monsieur Croche.
EDIT: And Joe Barron.

CD

Sarabande was also a really nice poster who disappeared after a short time posting.

Yes, that was him.  I remember him, and miss him as well.  He had also been on Talk Classical before (like me, Navneeth and some others here).  And disappeared without a trace.  :(

Boy, miss a couple of weeks, and who knows who'll be missing!

What has happened to David Ross and Joe Barron to put them among the missing?

David Ross stopped by and wrote 2-3 posts a few days ago, and then promptly disappeared as quickly as he had arrived ...

Owlice, I'm right here, though I usually post on only one of two threads: Carter and Ives.

One of the concert series in England for Carter's centenary was called "Get Carter," and explicit reference to the movie.
