I'm looking for something similar to Mozart's aria Vorrei spiegarvi, oh dio! for the failure of a film I'm making, have you any suggestions?  I want something light, slightly whimsical and lascivious.  What do you have for me?

Papageno

No one?  You must be joking, this is a classical music forum!

Bel canto? So it can be by Rossini? Donizetti? Verdi? Puccini? Something well known ( O mio babbino caro?) or something unknown? ( Haydn, Keiser,Monteverdi...!)
or can we think of totally other repertoire?

Not something well known, and not something as sentimental as O mio babbino caro.  Something lascivious please, sexy, with a very light, cliché background of that string-pinching technique of the violin (what is it called?) and an oboe or flute.  I want to have dialogue while this plays, this it why I don't want a very complex orchestra piece.

Why not something from Bellini? It doesn't get any prettier than this. :)

Martha doesn't signal when the orchestra comes in, she's just pursing her lips.

Lovely, I'll keep it in mind, but I want something more joyful.

Ah, lovely!  Thank you my friend.  Anything with Schwarzkopf you can think of?

Wanderer

Some very nice suggestions above, especially the justly famous Offenbach.

Another aria that I think fits your description is this lithe number from Auber's Le domino noir:

It's not very well known, but its irresistible élan and melodic charm should work well on the silver screen.
