Okay, this one is completely stumping me... even with Googling, programs, dates, nothing.

Lorin Maazel and Bavarian RSO in Japan, probably several years ago. Last half of prog was Berlioz' Symphonie Fantastique.

I can't for the life of me place who the cellist is, or the composer.

Have uploaded the two most "unusual" clips...

With huge trumpet, strange trumpet solo

Ending with crazy brass, harpsichord and accordion (?)

It seems to not be in movements, just one long piece with different numbered/labeled sections.

Thanks everybody, in advance! :)

I think the cellist is Han-na Chang; and the aspect ratio of the video seems to make her appear fatter than how she usually looks on CD covers. ;)

Turns out a helpful YouTuber has identified it as Maazel's own composition!

Maazel, "Music for Violoncello and Orchestra, Op. 10 "

Is that definitely Ms. Chang? That would solve my mystery  ;D

It turns out that the three -- soloist, orchestra and conductor -- toured Japan early this decade.

And here's an interesting bit of info about this work. It was "commissioned by Mstislav Rostropovich, who premiered the work on May 12, 1996, with the Pittsburgh Symphony, under the composer's direction."
