I think as a compensation for the disappointment at Abeille, I was sent a mail from Amazon this morning informing me of the expected delivery date of that Bach Organ Works/Koopman box -- which, by the way, is still listed for under $15 but not in stock currently -- three weeks after purchase.

I bought this a couple of days ago.
It is a bit disappointing, like Segerstam and Mahler 5, played oh so beautifully, but it misses the point BADLY.   :(
