Now: I don't have those two beauties posted by king ubu...

I spotted the Biondi a while ago but had held back somehow, but when the Beyer showed up, and the Modo... :-\

Amandine Beyer and her gang are almost irresistible to me. I love that girl, although is not the kind of violinist favoured by Sarge...   ;D

She emulates her teacher very well, surely makes her proud. Of course, Chiara is one of my very favorites too. :)

Note: thread and topic appropriate recording.

Has anyone heard this recording?  I see the same group has a Biber recording as well.

She was playing here in Santiago just the last Wednesday. A charming lady and a great violinist, too!

My pleasure, Dave!

Modo Antiquo is a great ensemble and Sardelli one of the foremost world authorities in Vivaldi music, so every recording by them is worth of being explored. I think.  :)

Gordo - Are you familiar with Sardelli's work as a composer?  Very much in the "Vivaldian style" apparently:

No, I haven't listened to anything composed by him; but, no doubt, the guy is a restless artist. Not just a conductor, flautist, musicologist and composer, but also a comic artist!!!

She is really stupendous. I haven't listened her Vivaldi, but her Biber is top-notch. Really excellent.

Well, I have added her to my wishlist, the premiere recording idea sells itself, to say nothing of the Sarge-pleaser album cover!!  :D
