Read his books?  Just been reading with interest his Six thinking hats book.  Very interesting and leaves me wanting to try it out.

Read his books?  What do you think?  Do you recommend any of his other books?

I have several of his book, including the book you mentioned, I Am Right, You Are Wrong, and my favorite -- Lateral Thinking.

My suggestion is to read the books more than once, slowly, and try to absorb it. Then you can gradually integrate some of his ideas into your thinking. Otherwise, trying to try it out , as you mentioned, may turn out to be an mechanical exercise leading nowhere.
