Or people who seem to believe that it's more important to film an event for posting on Instagram or whatever, than actually enjoying the event per se. I was quite upset recently when in the Maundy Thursday processions here in Madrid (a colourful, popular feast that can be enjoyed even by those of us who don't have a strong religious feeling), vision was blocked by all those raised arms holding phones.

A huge +1! This is a f****** epidemic! They don't even have the decency to look up most of the time.

Another pet peeve: People who take hundreds of photos of themselves on their phone and post them all on social media. These are some of the most narcissistic people alive. It's mainly the younger and dumber generations who are doing this (Millennials, Gen Z).
