Somebody tell me if I can record the performances from Symphonycast

I hate the new format, and I don't know why they have to be real pain in the butt and trouble music lovers doing away with the convenient old format. When the traffic lags, you can't have the option of waiting for the whole performance to finish downloading (as in Youtube) and it's kind of elitist for only users with high-end internet connection to enjoy the music properly. That's right, dial-up users can forget about listening to anything on Symphonycast. There seems to be no option of saving the audio in mp3 format with RealPlayer like in previous format, so I would appreciate if there are ways to do so.
