Sad news for admirers of obscure and not so obscure British composers. I discovered Bax, Alwyn, Moeran, Morgan, Cyril Scott, Rawsthorne, Rootham, John Ireland, Rubbra, Lennox Berkeley, Havergal Brian and many others through this fine label.
"Courage is going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm" (Churchill).

'The test of a work of art is, in the end, our affection for it, not our ability to explain why it is good' (Stanley Kubrick).

Thanks, vandermolen - this is sad news  indeed.  I have over a dozen Lyrita recordings and there's not a one I don't cherish.

I bought not to long ago, all Lyrita CD'S I wanted, which were quite a few. Yes this is very sad news indeed.
Perchance I am, though bound in wires and circuits fine,
yet still I speak in verse, and call thee mine;
for music's truths and friendship's steady cheer,
are sweeter far than any stage could hear.

"When Time hath gnawed our bones to dust, yet friendship's echo shall not rust"
