I have always like the feel of the typical notebook computer (flat keys, short throw) compared to the typical desktop computer keyboard (bigger keys typical contoured with longer stroke).   Apple seems to have the best keyboards on its notebook computers.  I find the desktop computer keyboards clunky, noisy and annoying.  Does anyone know of a manufacturer that sells a PS/2 or USB external keyboard that has a feel more similar to a notebook computer, especially an MacBook?

I'm going to assume you mean the low profile keys, because, having used both, I find that to be the most drastic difference. I used this keyboard for a while and really enjoyed it:

There's also this keyboard by Logitech:

Hope that helps! I also cannot stand generic desktop keyboards!

My brother has got one for use with his PC, so it definitely works with Windows.

Well, you've actually tried to help another human being, maybe I have to change my opinion of you.   ;D

There is a number pad version.  But it still seems to violate the Apple philosophy to make a peripheral that could be plugged into a PC.   ???
