Many composers were teachers and had considerable influence over those they had taught.  Among the many Ravel was one.  He taught Vaughn Williams during the 1910 summer months and also taught his French compatriot Tailleferre.  Does anyone know of others who may have had tutelage under Ravel and had composed works similar to those of the French master and whose works perhaps evince any Ravelian persuasions?
