Opus106

Right now it only contains Leon Fleischer talking about and playing Schubert's late piano sonatas, and the Emerson String Quartet playing, teaching and talking about the quartets by Bartok. Unlike the SFSO/MTT site mentioned in another thread, this one -- as the name might suggest -- is aimed at students, and the site does not contain a complete performance of the works. Nevertheless there is commentary and interviews with the artists, who talk about performance and the music, to satisfy some of the needs of the regular, only-listening types. ;)

P.S.: I'm sorry if this site has been mentioned earlier. A search for Carnegie Hall brought up 6 pages of search results, and I was not in the mood to wade through all of them. Oh, and a search for "Carnegie Hall Performance Guide" only returned a suggestion: Carnage Hall Performance Guide. ;D
