I'm rooting for the Bills to beat the odds and make the playoffs. There are only 2 slots available and 6 or 7 teams vying for them. Josh Allen is just so much fun to watch.

Bills are my faves but they'll inevitably fall apart. Enjoy the wild ride.

Can Bears make the playoffs and get the No. 1 overall pick?   They're another fun underdog team to watch in the next few weeks.

Got home in time to catch the field goal by Giants kicker, Jamie Gillan. Must have been a frustrating 1st half for the Saints and New York judging by the score. DeVito was taken out due to concussion protocol. 7-6,, Saints at the half.

Jets are getting eviscerated by Miami, with 5 sacks and about as many New York backup QBs.  :D 24-0, Dolphins.

Painful day for both NY teams. I was sad to see the Giants' unlikely win streak come to an end, but not surprised. On the other hand, the Bills are just smoking the Cowboys right now. Great defense, with a couple of sacks on Prescott, and an incredible offensive performance, especially from RB James Cook.

Yeah! Had to catch this Cowboy loving Skip Bayless episode just to watch him eat crow.  Go Bills!!

The only surprise about the Ravens Jaguars match (recap) for me was Jacksonville holding Baltimore to just 23 points. Jags are are undoubtedly still headed to the playoffs but I still think the Ravens need a serious rushing alternative to the quarterback.

Forgot about Saturday night games in December. Two good ones tonight:

Steelers up 14-0, beginning of 2nd quarter.

Chargers' back up QB, Easton Stick, has been around the team for 5 years...

He's looking pretty good on their first drive.

ando

Welp, Bills gonna have to step up. Stick, who just jogged into the endzone, and the Chargers are not gonna make it easy.

10-0, Los Angeles

Bills, of course, came back to win it, clinching a Wild Card spot.

Tbh, none of today's matchups really interest me but tomorrow's local rivalry, Giants-Eagles and the prime timer, Ravens-49ers, are must see games. Merry Christmas!

KC Safety, Mike Edwards, out injured on the stationary bike, has the best seat of this (as one commentator called it) Charlie Brown Christmas show of a ball game (apparently no one can hold on to the ball).  Raiders 3 - Chiefs 0 at Arrowhead, beginning 2nd quarter.

Raiders managed to keep their slim playoff hopes alive with this upset win over KC. Playoffs picture is looking more interesting than I anticipated...

Brian

All the seeming playoff favorites - KC, Philly, Dallas, Buffalo, SF - keep losing easy games to inferior opponents. Not sure who the favorite is at this point; maybe whoever wins SF-Baltimore?

It's hard to pick anyone against the Ravens at this point. Next week they play the Dolphins, though. That might be worth a watch. The Pats have the opportunity to be even more hated in Buffalo than they already are next week.

Was hoping to see Rodgers again this year but since the Jets were officially eliminated from the playoffs their match with the Browns tonight will have zero appeal (and no Rodgers) except for the die-hard. Might peek in out of curiosity.

I didn't like seeing the Jets get smoked again, but it must feel good to be a Cleveland Browns fan this year.

Anyone watch the Steelers-Ravens game yesterday? They just need a loss from the Jaguars this afternoon or the Bills tonight to clinch a playoff appearance.

2am for me. Should I stay up all night to watch the finales?
The teams I care about are either already in (Rams, Eagles) or already out (Raiders).

Well, then there is the Bills. Are they in or do they still have work to do?
Do what I must do, and let what must happen happen.

Almost the same here; my faves (Ravens, Eagles) are in. Jets/Giants, been out. Bills are my top faves but tis the season to just enjoy whatever they manage to bring to the field. Too many previous season's hopes dashed. If they lose to Miami tonight they can still clinch with a Jacksonville loss. If both teams lose Bill would have to face Miami again in a one game Wild Card match. If Jaguars win and the Bills lose it's back to Buffalo for the winter.
