I was not sure how to put it, I mean all members from outside the US, UK, Canada and Australia basically... All those whose native language is not some kind of English What classical music forums do you frequent apart from the global GMG? I am particularly interested in German, Russian, French and Spanish as I can already speak some German and Russian and I am planning to learn French and Spanish by reading classical forums in those languages. I also have some interest in finding forums from southern Europe like Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia or Bulgaria since these languages are also understandable for me to some degree.

Since you read German, you should visit the Tamino Klassikforum. It's the biggest German-language classical forum I've yet seen:
