Help in identifying attached piano tune

I need to find out what the attached piece is. I know I've heard it before, is it Mozart maybe? Any help greatly appreciated!

Even though I know it well, it took me a while to remember what it was, as the Clara motive with which it seems to open unavoidably made me think of Schumann, though it isn't him. Eventually the comfy-cushionned harmonies prompted me to remember Mendelssohn (shows what a forgettable composer he is ) - it's the first of the first book of his Songs Without Words, op 19 no 1, E major. Which I know very well, and which I ought to have got immediately
