I guess I cheat on Windows by converting everything to single click. I feel the need to compress my sins.

As we've been cheated out of higher quality computer technology for decades, I'd say your conversions are only fair.  8)

The Arc B580 is now available at MSRP on the Egg! Well, I slightly lied since it's $259.

Going to see if I can get this game to run (I've not beaten it, and it's been tugging on me): Zork: Nemesis

If you all are interested in cutting edge indie games, the deal currently on itch.io is insane!

10 bucks for 96 games: https://itch.io/b/3110/no-ice-in-california
60 bucks for 350 games: https://itch.io/b/3062/queer-games-bundle-2025-with-10-option

For me, I no longer find mainstream gaming all that interesting (I do like reading about it), so indie games has really been where I've been having the most fun (plus they are a lot more daring).

I've started watching Cracking the Cryptic. They are on a whole other level of mastery. They are astonishingly brilliant!

I've also started playing The Shivering Isles expansion of Oblivion, but more like once every week or two. I mostly play Sudoku.

Just now I'm downloading the remastered versions of Warcraft II and Warcraft III.

I wonder how closely these will follow the spirit of their original incarnations, which happily wasted uncounted hours of my life decades ago.

Speaking of which, I clicked on Mark's video from today (only 20 minutes), and after learning the rules, decided to give the puzzle a try. It's been months since I've attempted one of their featured puzzles. I was able to solve this one in 32 minutes. There's some nice logic in this one, and it is fairly approachable. https://sudokupad.app/b5azokaz10

Been looking for a game to give me a Command & Conquer: Red Alert feel, and I've always avoided Warhammer, and, well - I think I might have been wrong to do that - it seems like the game I might have been looking for. (Haven't tried it yet, as I just got it off GoG - won't be able to try it until this weekend, but the game was priced to sell!) :)

And, yes, I know that Warcraft and Starcraft are better fits, but I can't play those offline, and being able to play offline is my number one concern. :)
