That was hard  :-[ I could think of these titles that I enjoy, but I am not sure if all are in 5 movements

Beethoven op 132
Bach Toccata in D
DEbussy Images Pour L'Orchestre
Grieg - From Holberg's Time
Schubert - Trout Quintet
Liszt - Dante Sonata
Schumann - Faschingsschwank
Scriabin op15 preludes
Scriabin op16 preludes
Ravel - Miroirs
Shostakovich Violin concerto no1
Shostakovich SQ #8

and as a filler :D
Glass - Metamorphosis

Well that's an interesting list, too.  This was actually a much harder little exercise than I thought it would be...

I had a half hour to kill. It was either watch an episode of Married with Children...or make the list. I chose the higher road. I'm feeling righteous.

Three pieces, but Iberia is made up of three movements.
So it doesn't count?  :'(

As a matter of fact, yes. Yes, I am.

The minuets are generally considered one movement, especially in recordings. The Bärenreiter editors list them separately, but they seem to be off in left field in doing so.

Yes, the minuets are the problem. The Chrysander edition also considers them separate movements, for a total of six. Being the wonderfully nice guy that I am, I'll give you credit, but I would have preferred a less debatable example.

I certainly am not. My desk is positioned in the center of my study, with bookshelves at the left and right corners.

OK, so I had a different vision of your environs.

Will the next list be "You favorite work between 45 and 55 bars?" It'd be even more fun watching people count that one!  ;D

That's a very good idea.
