ARG! How do I turn of that bloody ding sound in windows 7?!

I don't remember having a problem with this in XP, but in Windows 7 whenever you change the volume, a loud ding plays. So annoying. I can't find the sound in the control panel - maybe I'm just missing it?!

Please help!
