It was part of a list above, but I want to put in a special word for Night Ride and Sunrise, one of my favorite shorter Sibelius works.

I have the DGG CD too. The Bard is a wonderful work (try Beecham's recording) as is The Oceanides. Other lesser-know works I like are the Kullervo Symphony, Luuonatar (sp?) and The Wood Nymph.
