I registered, got the e-mail, activated, submitted a topic and since then I have heard/seen nothing not even an acknowledgement, just a message box to say a moderator must approve, fair enough, then next time I log in, I'm told early grey doesn't exist. If you don't like my post, just say so!, you have my e-mail address.  (OF COURSE I'm not expecting you to post this. There doesn't seem an obvious way to contact a moderator apart from this. My apologies if I've missed something. I've had to register, get the e-mail, activate all over again. Do you have my submission?)

Hi early grey, and sorry you had problems registering.  (I've moved this post to the "Introductions" section of the board.)  When someone first registers here, the initial post has to be approved by a moderator, which I have done.

Anyway, welcome, and feel free to post something about yourself and what kind(s) of music you like.

Welcome to GMG, Early Grey!!  :)

Thank you all for the help. My original submission (which was sent unsuccessfully to "Great Recordings")was a link to my website which contains transcriptions of 78s and some recovered tapes of concerts from 1968-1970.  Should I go ahead now that I have the freedom of the Forum?

Go ahead.

Sure, feel free.  Hope you will say a little about yourself, and participate in some discussions as well.  Please see the "GMG Forum Guidelines" here.
