I don't know what you are paying per cd, but the set is widely available at that price which makes it market price.  I acquired the complete Zinman Beethoven symphonies for $5.95 which was, imo, a bargain.  That's $1.50 per cd.  I also remember the Bertini Mahler cycle going for some ridiculously low price for a while -- $15 or something like that.  Also a bargain.  Bargains are predicated on price, and $6.00 per cd is what you pay in a music club.  I also picked up the Gluck opera Orfeo & Eurydice in mint condition for about $8.00 (well below market price). 

Sorry to be such a stickler, but for me bargain means a really great price.  The set is a great value at that price, but it's not a bargain.
