How do I play into a "piano" and have the music scroll out the other end?

What is the current state of Composer Tools, after the pencil and paper? Seriously, I'm starting from scratch. Is there a Roland website, or to whom would I be looking to?

Do I want to learn to write music, or do I simply want my music written? I just want my music written.

Is there a Thread about this already?

lol... most people nowadays use music notation software, like (check some of the threads here) Sibelius or Finale (the two best, but most expensive ones). Just research those.

Yea, I missed the '90s,... oh wait, make that 20 years! Frankly, I was almost ready to turn this "Garage Band" into a Xenakian/Lovecraftian slither monster!
