In Celebration of my Purchase of Stravinsky's 'Sacred Works', I offer you this Thread in quotes, for sure!

Obviously, the word 'sacred' has,...uhm,... had its share of it in these Existential, PostWarYears that we live in. And some might argue that Stravinsky's Late Music might be the Coronation Anthem of Satan himself!

I mean, we have things ranging from Penderecki, to Holliger's
Psalm, to (bleck

) Holy Minimalism (titter

), to Leonard Bernstein, to Barry Manilow singing Christmas Songs.
One Composer I'd like to hear about is Klaus Huber, who seems to have written quite a number of Large Scale Works.
Personally, all I need is an a minor/F major progression over a slow Hallelujah and I'm good to go. Hmm,... sounds like Part!
What do you think?
