I'm on US Eastern Daylight time.  I notice all my posts have a time stamp four hours behind my local time.  Three hours I could understand; that would suggest the servers are in the US Pacific zone.  But four hours?  Where the heck is this site, Alaska?

I don't know the answer to your question about the server, but if you go to "Modify Profile" and then "Look and Layout" you can set your account to your local time.

Thanks for this. I never knew the Look and Layout section existed!

Usually you have to go to 'look and layout' like when DST starts or ends to make a 1 hour adjustment. My current offset is +3, up from +2 all winter, so I suspect that they are on Pacific Standard Time (I am now on Central Daylight). They were in Australia for a long time, and that gave us a real time offset!  :D
