There are several couplings of these works, and better individual performances of them seperately, but you can hardly do better for an introduction to both than this Robert Shaw recording.

Concerning the Duruflé Requiem, which I prefer over Fauré's Mass for the Dead, I've always liked Matthew Best's reading, even though connaisseurs might think it's too British to be French. ;)
As a bonus, you'll get Duruflé's four motets on Gregorian themes, heavenly sung by the Corydon Singers.
