As of 2011, most of the negative points raised by the bad reviews had been addressed, but the unit itself still isn't exactly perfect. Touch screen isn't as responsive as that of an iphone, and you have less then four hours battery life when watching videos. I'm also in doubt about sound quality, though i can't imagine why it wouldn't be as good as an ipod at least (lots of conflicting reviews about this).

Still, 500GB. I mean, i have a 160GB ipod classic unit and ITS STILL NOT ENOUGH. It seems i just can't be happy unless i have my entire music collection (which is now close to 3TB) around with me at all time. Anybody here know anything more concrete about this unit before i fork 300$ on impulse?
