Yesterday I went to a preview of this gigantic installation by Japanese composer/visual artist Ryoji Ikeda called the transfinite. It's supposed to be a "meditation on the concept of infinity," as experienced through rivers of digital information.

It takes up the entire space of the aircraft hangar-sized Park Avenue Armory; a screen in the center shows what look like rivers of bar codes on one side, and rivers of software code numbers on the other. A still photo is below, but since the piece is all about constant motion, this YouTube clip gives a better idea.
