Here's the least you need to know in order to vote:
(copying from and adapting DavidW's rulebook)

1.   Don't criticize the existence of the thread or lists in general, it is well understood that not all approve.
2.   All works named "piano concerto" or containing at least one piano/keyboard solo part with orchestra will be accepted.
3.   After the most recent post, reply "After: [poster name]"
4.   Identify the work you most want to recommend, a work that you wish to recommend, then one you wish to de-recommend, these three choices must be unique.
5.   Copy and paste the board, adding 2 points to the first choice, 1 point to the second ,and -1 to the third.
6.   If you wish to add compositions to the board, and there are less than 25 works on the board, you may do so and add your 2 points or 1 point to them.
7.   Wait 12 hours before posting again.
8.   When a work has achieved 7 more points than any other on the board or else a total number of 40 votes, it will be removed from the board and posted on reply #1.
9.   When a work reaches -5 votes, it will be removed from the board, but may be voted in again at any future time after 48 hours.
10.   In addition to the works selected with the above process, one work per person is allowed to enter the final list automatically; choose a qualifying work you feel is indispensable and recommend it in your first voting post.
11.   The process will continue until we have a final list of 100 works, hopefully by the new millennium.
12.   This is meant to be fun not an official list of the "best" works. Let the proverbial bloodbath begin!

Edit:
Voters from now on will have +3, +2, +1, -1, -2 (5 total) votes every 12 hours (each vote for a different work).
The only compulsory votes are the +1 & +2.
*No +3 or -2 two times in a row.* -- suspended for now
