Isn't that eyeresist aka criticalI? Y'all are like peas in a pod, now that you mention it.

Nope. I think Sid said many months, probably a year, ago that he was taking a long break or something like that. He was a relatively new listener of CM and his posts on the listening thread were almost always filled with descriptions of his first explorations of various works.

Oh, yeah, that's right ... I remember now. He was gracious and open-minded and interested in learning and sharing his joy of discovery.  I did a quick search and turned up this typical example: http://www.good-music-guide.com/community/index.php/topic,429.msg521910.html#msg521910

Speaking of missing members, it would be nice to see him back!

No, someone else altogether. I enjoyed his posts. As I recall, he used to host some listening parties and report back on reactions of the group to different music, which I thought was interesting. So it goes... :-\

There've been quite a few posters of worth who posted like crazy in a short amount of time and disappeared — I can only hope they found something better to do that takes all their time. :)

Call him Tom, Dick, or Harry;
Call him Monkey, call him Metro;
Call him Sally, call him Larry;
Call him Lee, call him Jethro;
Call him saint, or call him sinner:
Just don't call him late for dinner.

(as you can see,  Sarge is not the only one who can write lousy poetry around here.)

Didn't he become a moderator? Perhaps the same thing happened to him that happened to you when you were a mod. ;)

I plan to go missing for a while so I can be talked about here. I am getting jealous of all the love...

It might take a while, though, for people to notice. Delete your account instead! ;)

Maybe ::). Being a mod is not something I enjoyed. A chore and a pain the butt, but also quite stressful at times :P.
