No problem .. Stockhausen ran his own successful recording label (Stockhausen-Verlag) and oversaw the production of all his albums (i.e. mixdown, performance, recording, liner notes etc). It's really hard to top .. hit the link below, once there hit any album cover desired (over 100 titles to choose from) and you can hear samples. I still haven't really explored much of Stockhausen, but came across this site I believe from James a long while ago, it's very impressive and I spent much time going through the discs and samples, like is said its impressive.

When it came to Holmboe I dived into the complete symphonies (6 discs).  But if you were going to pick one as an introduction I'd probably aim for:
