Hello all,

I haven't been around GMG, as I'm going through an incredibly ugly breakup with my now ex-girlfriend.

She does not have a job, and just giving a warning out there that she may be selling ChamberNut's CDs on eBay or Kijiji.

I haven't seen anything yet, but it would not at all surprise.

I'm currently unable to retrieve my possessions, but am seeing my lawyer today to see what can be done about this.

Thanks guys, and when things get better I'll be returning to GMG on a more regular basis.

Cheers!

WTF? Collect your CDs away before she sells them!

Sounds like ChamberNut has lost access to the Cds.

Yes, I cannot get them at the moment, until I can find a way with my lawyer.

How is that possible? If he moved away from his girlfriend, why didn't he take his stuff with him?

Anyway, I hope nobody buys Chambernut's CDs on eBay.  ;D

Sorry to hear about this Ray  :(  - I hope you are able to retrieve your collection!. I hope you can put all this behind you soon and look forward to your return to the forum  :)

Very sorry to hear that. Since you're already seeking legal advice, I'm confident there won't be any blunders. A strict warning from your lawyer for starters should scare your ex into holding on to the CDs for the time being until the situation is resolved. Hopefully, things will straighten out without much further grief.

I am sorry to hear this Ray, but as Wanderer says, a lawyer is the best way to avoid this catastrophe. I am counselling people with marriage/relation problems for almost 25 years now, and believe me, I have seen some nasty situations come by. I think I know what you are going through.
