Do you know a book or a reliable resource that I can find about and complete a tree of the pianists and their mentors? such as Leschetizky tutored friedman and schnabel, schnabel was fleisher's teacher, therefore, beethoven-czerny-leschetizky-schnabel&friedman-fleisher.
...or beethoven-czerny-leschetizky-horszowski-perahia or villoing-rubinstein-hofmann-cherkassky or anfossi-michelangeli-pollini&argerich,etc
